As Lead Graphic Designer at Rambøll, a global engineering, design, and consultancy company focused on sustainable solutions, I evolved our visual identity to align with the 5-year Partner for Sustainable Change strategy, refining assets for a stronger brand impact. This included building a cohesive image bank, improving pictogram recognizability, adding a human touch to illustrations, and ensuring accessible color use. I created guidelines for imagery tone, pictogram styles, and color use, collaborating closely with design teams and agencies.
